Rich and varied, the menu at the Osteria al Cantinì is designed to respect the seasonality of ingredients and to enhance the wealth of local produce. Fragrances, colours and tastes span time and space in an area that belongs to history. Diversification, excellent raw materials, and the desire to improve are the cardinal principles on which targeted and careful teamwork is based.

The true soul of the Osteria al Cantinì is its cuisine: true, simple, authentic. Ancient traditions and modern interpretations coexist in engaging and pleasantly unexpected combinations of taste. The menu consists of dishes made with ingredients selected from territorial excellences: local fish and meat, cheeses and cured meats thanks to the experience of local producers who combine wild herbs with meat and milk from cows, goats and sheep, and the wine, point of reference for the resources of the territory with producers belonging to the Valcamonica IGT selected by sommelier Mariarosa Esposito, to accompany the dishes skilfully cooked by chef Gabriele Zucchelli and the young pastry chef Francesca Pizio.

Here, in a warm and cosy atmosphere, stone walls, wooden tables, and a light suffused by ancient copper pots, conviviality, attention and kindness combine with the experience of the staff and local specialities to offer customers moments of authentic and divine pleasure, for lunch and dinner, all year round. In short, an eclectic choice, for all those who want to enjoy a taste experience to be lived and savoured with every course.
